Command Master Chief Javier Muñoz was born in Usulután, El Salvador and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Richmond, Calif. He attended Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill. and Aviation Machinist’s Mate “A” school in Pensacola, Fl.

Command Senior Chief Moscon (née Vigil), a native of Pampa, Texas, enlisted in the United States Navy on June 4, 2004 and attended Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Command Senior Chief Tom Walsh graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree, with concentration in Information Systems Technology & Management.

CDR Boyd is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2008 and was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps.

Commander Alyssa Norris is a native of Plainfield, Illinois. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and received her master’s degree of Professional Studies in Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University in 2017.

Commander Ander S. Heiles, a native of Brooklyn, New York, graduated with merit from the United States Naval Academy in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography and was commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer.

Cdr Christian. A. D’Angelo is a native of Post Falls, ID. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2008 and was designated a Surface Warfare Officer in 2010.
