Command Master Chief Perry grew up in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from Tom C. Clark High School, she enlisted in the U.S. Navy and completed basic training and airman apprenticeship training at Great Lakes in 1996.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Command Senior Chief Tom Walsh graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree, with concentration in Information Systems Technology & Management.
