Master Chief Petty Officer Andrew J. Hochgraver is a South Side native of Chicago, Illinois. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in July 2000 and attended Basic Training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, followed by Basic Engineering Common Core and Engineman “A” School.
