Eleven of the Navy Recruiters of the Year (ROY) were recognized for their accomplishments during the annual ROY Week. This year the commemoration was held in Washington. The University of Hawaii and the Department of the Navy have signed an unprecedented 10-year agreement aimed at safeguarding natural and cultural resources on Navy and Marine Corps installations in the state.
