SAN DIEGO – John Lewis-class fleet replenishment oiler USNS Lucy Stone (T-AO 209) was delivered to the Navy, Dec. 16. The delivery marks the official transfer of the ship from shipbuilder General Dynamics NASSCO to the Navy.
