For Lt. Cmdr. Pamela Resurreccion, the decision to join the Navy Reserve began with a desire for growth. After years working as an emergency trauma nurse, she realized she had reached a point of comfort. Her routine no longer pushed her skills, leadership, or sense of purpose. She wanted more and found it in the U.S. Navy.
