NPS Welcomes Japan’s Former Navy Chief as Inaugural International Fellow

MONTEREY, Calif. — Former Chief of Staff of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), retired Adm. Ryo Sakai, joined the faculty of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) as the institution’s first-ever International Fellow, earlier this year.
