Stuart Munsch, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe, U.S. Naval Forces Africa, and Allied Joint Forces Command, Naples, for a thought-provoking discussion, Feb. 4, 2025, as the latest distinguished speaker to address NPS students in the Secretary of the Navy Guest Lecture series.
